Please read these terms before using FileWords.com or opening advertiser offers.

Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your use of FileWords.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. The service is not directed to children.
What FileWords provides
FileWords organizes third-party game giveaways, coupons, and shopping deals. Game data comes from GamerPower. Shopping information comes from McClipFace. CPAgrip supplies the content locker. These services and merchants are independent of FileWords. Their names identify the data or service source and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or a partnership with FileWords.
Offer-gated access
You must successfully complete an eligible CPAgrip offer before this browser can see protected listing details or claim instructions. A verified completion normally unlocks both content sections for up to one hour. No account is required, and an unlock is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Clearing cookies, using a different browser, or session expiry can end access. Merely opening an offer, clicking a button, returning to FileWords, or loading a script does not establish completion.
Advertiser requirements and costs
Read each advertiser’s requirements, privacy information, eligibility rules, and any charges before proceeding. An offer may require registration, an installation, a trial, a purchase, or other actions; some trials can renew or create ongoing charges. FileWords does not collect those charges or cancel third-party subscriptions. Completion confirmation can be delayed or denied by the advertiser. We do not guarantee that an offer will be available in your location or that every attempt will unlock access. Do not complete an offer you do not understand or want.
Giveaways and claim instructions
A listing is information about an external promotion. We do not issue game keys, guarantee stock, administer the promotion, or promise a successful claim. Publishers and platforms may require accounts, age or location eligibility, particular hardware, or other steps. Follow the original provider’s instructions and review its terms. A listing may expire or become unavailable before our next refresh.
Shopping offers
Coupons and deals may be limited by dates, region, products, membership, account eligibility, minimum spend, exclusions, or use limits. Unless otherwise identified, store lookups use USD. Product-specific codes apply only to the named item. A store link marked as not a discount is not a coupon or savings promise. A reported-working or verified label reflects provider signals and is not a guarantee. Check the retailer’s final price, taxes, delivery, returns, and checkout acceptance before buying.
Compensation and links
FileWords may be compensated for qualifying CPAgrip completions. Some shopping links can earn McClipFace a commission at no added cost to you; the relevant disclosure is shown with those links. You may visit a retailer independently instead. We do not authorize purchases on your behalf. Retailers, advertisers, affiliate networks, and external platforms are responsible for their transactions and their own services.
Refreshes and service limits
Giveaway data is fetched as a full list and expires at the next clock hour. Store results, including empty results, are cached for 24 hours from each successful lookup. New uncached shopping lookups stop when the site’s hourly allocation is used; valid cached stores remain available. Provider outages or rate limits can prevent results from appearing. We do not present a provider error as proof that no offers exist.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not forge offer completions, manipulate tracking, replay callbacks, bypass access controls, automate abusive requests, interfere with providers, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access. Do not misrepresent third-party content as your own or resell data without the necessary rights. We may limit or suspend abusive access and preserve records where required by law.
Content and intellectual property
The FileWords design and original material belong to their rights holders. Third-party descriptions, images, marks, coupons, and game information belong to their respective owners. We identify provider sources and preserve relevant disclosures. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of third-party content or authorizes uses prohibited by its owner.
Privacy and communication
Our Privacy Policy explains anonymous sessions, advertising choices, provider requests, and retention. Contact Us is available without completing an offer. Support correspondence does not guarantee that FileWords can resolve an advertiser conversion or merchant transaction; the responsible provider may need to investigate it.
Availability and disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access, accuracy, savings, successful claims, or fitness for a particular purpose. Information may be incomplete or outdated. You are responsible for checking the original promotion and exercising judgment before completing offers or purchases. Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FileWords is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost savings, unavailable keys, rejected coupons, or issues caused by independent advertisers, retailers, providers, or network failures. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Changes, termination, and disputes
We may change or discontinue features, providers, or access arrangements. Updated terms will appear here with an updated date, and we will provide further notice where required. You can stop using the service at any time. Contact Us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory consumer rights and available legal remedies remain unaffected. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.
