3) Accounts & Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your FAQ page or owner portal.
- You must provide accurate and current information when requested.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use FileWords for unlawful, misleading, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or exploits others.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, backlink verification, or usage limits.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or APIs.
5) Your Content
You retain ownership of the FAQ content you create or publish. By using FileWords, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, transmit, and process that content solely to provide the service.
6) Automated & AI-Generated Content
FileWords may use automated systems (including AI services) to help generate draft FAQs and styling. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing.
7) Backlink Verification
FileWords requires a visible backlink to FileWords.com on your website to verify eligibility. Removal of the backlink may result in suspension or removal of your FAQ page.
8) Availability & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk or legal exposure for FileWords or others.
10) Disclaimers
FileWords is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileWords shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FileWords from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
