File Words Backlink Bot

What the bot does

FileWordsBacklinkBot checks only URLs that File Words users submit for website verification. It requests the submitted public HTML page and looks for a visible https://filewords.com URL, the official File Words backlink script, or a hyperlink to File Words. A daily scheduled check confirms that the selected backlink remains present.

How requests are limited

• Only public HTTP and HTTPS domain names on standard web ports are allowed.
• Private, loopback, link-local, reserved, and IP-literal destinations are rejected.
• Every redirect is revalidated, and the redirect count is limited.
• Connection and read timeouts are short, and response size is capped.
• Only HTML responses are parsed.
